This Regulation establishes the procedure for maintaining the register of unscrupulous water users and participants in the auction for the right to conclude a water use contract. The register is maintained by the Federal Water Resources Agency. The register includes information on water users whose rights to use waterbodies were forcibly terminated, as well as on the winners of the auction for the right to conclude a water use contract, who evaded the conclusion of a water use contract. The information contained in the register should be available for consultation without charging a fee. Annex 1 contains the form of register.
