This Decree, based on the provisions of the Law on rescue and protection in emergency situations of the Republika Srpska, determines the disaster related procedures as regards the notification and exchange of information with other (primarly neighboring) countries that can be affected with transboundary effects, including the impact and effects of natural or other disasters. The Ministry of Interior (also after taking into consideration different risk evaluation pf involved subjects) shall conclude the evaluation of possible transboundary effects, among consequential actions to be taken.
