This Act provides amendments to EAC Customs Management Act 2004. The Act provides new definitions for Section 2 of the Principal Act; and one section (249A) on prevention of money laundering is added to the Principal Act. The Act consists of 3 Sections as follow: Short title (1); Amendment of Section 2 (2); and Insertion of Section 249A (3).
