Recommendation on Conservation and Management Measures for Deep Sea Sharks in the NEAFC Regulatory Area from 2020 to 2023 (Rec. 9:2020).
The Recommendation provides that each Contracting Party shall prohibit vessels flying its flag in the Regulatory Area from directed fishing for deep sea sharks. The text further provides a list of species that means "deep sea sharks".
