Standard terms and conditions of contracts for the provision of services nutrition of children studying in educational programs primary general, basic general and secondary general education establish the following mandatory terms and conditions: (a) provide nutrition services for children studying on educational programs of primary general, and (or) basic general, and (or) secondary general education within the terms and in the volumes established by the customer; (b) provide services in accordance with the sanitary epidemiological rules, in compliance with sanitary epidemiological requirements for the organization of nutrition of the population, including number of factors aimed at preventing the harmful environmental effects, biological factors, chemical factors, physical factors; (c) ensure the conformity of prepared meals, beverages, culinary, flour, confectionery, bakery products to the requirements established by technical regulations of the Customs Union, Eurasian Economic Union, specified in sanitary and epidemiological requirements for the organization of public catering of the population, and the Unified Sanitary epidemiological and hygienic requirements for products (goods) subject to sanitary and epidemiological supervision (control); and (d) not allow hot meals to be excluded from the menu, including when replacing in accordance with sanitary and epidemiological rules related the organization of public catering of the population.
