The objective of this Resolution is to provide terms of reference for a centralized and decentralized voluntary pilot projects aimed at testing the feasibility of the establishment of an electronic logbook/electronic reporting system in the GFCM area of application. The contracting parties and cooperating non-contracting parties may implement, on a voluntary basis, the aforementioned pilot projects to test the feasibility of the establishment of an electronic logbook/electronic reporting system within the GFCM area of application.
