Horticultural Produce Act 1986.

This Act confers to the authorized officers powers to control the movement of produce: prohibit (Art. 1) or consent (Art. 2) the movement of controlled produce, and change the circumstances in which consent must be given (Art. 3). Art. 4 provides for offences.
