Regulation on the form and content of the request for recognition of basic material types and the form and content of the expert opinion on recognition of basic material.

This Regulation determines the form and prescribes the necessary contents of the request that the legal entity which is owner or user, or the natural person who owns the underlying material for recognition of specific types of basic material for the purpose of obtaining of identified, selected, qualified and tested reproductive material. This text further sets the form and content of related expert opinion on the recognition of such basic forest tree species reproductive materials. Registration forms are given in the Annex of this text.
