This Regulation here determines the implementation of intervention 78.01. Support for the transfer of knowledge, which is an integral part of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of the Republic of Croatia 2023-2027. This text further sets the necessary procedures for awarding support carried out by the Agency for Payments in Agriculture, Fisheries and rural development; defines the authority of the Ministry of Agriculture as the Managing Body of the Strategic Plan, and the handling of appeals against the decisions of the Paying Agency. This text also ensures the fulfilment of certain obligations deriving from regulations of the European Union (as listed in article 2).
