This CMM establishes a measure for the Commission Record of Vessels Authorised to Fish in the Convention Area of the South Pacific Regional Fisheries Management Organisation (SPRFMO). The measure specifies the data requirements, procedures, and obligations for Members and Cooperating Non-Contracting Parties (CNCPs) to authorise and register their fishing vessels that operate in the Convention Area. The measure also aims to ensure compliance with the Convention and the Conservation and Management Measures (CMMs) adopted by the Commission. The text consists of 15 Articles and 2 Annexes.
