Government Decree No. 2392 validating the Methodology for calculating the base rate of environmental fees and the application of a coefficient that takes into account the complexity of extracting waste from the use of goods for further disposal, the availability of the technological possibility of their disposal, taking into account changes in the physical, chemical and mechanical properties of materials during repeated use (taking into account possible cycles of recycling waste from the use of goods), the demand for secondary raw materials obtained from such waste for use in the production of goods (products).

This Methodology establishes formulas for calculating the basic rate of environmental fees and applying a coefficient that takes into account the difficulty of extracting waste from the use of goods for further disposal, the availability of the technological possibility of their disposal, taking into account changes in the physical, chemical and mechanical properties of materials during repeated use (considering possible cycles of recycling waste from use of goods), the demand for secondary raw materials obtained from such waste for use in the production of goods (products). Basic rates of environmental fees are calculated for each group of goods and (or) packaging included in the list of goods, packaging, waste from the use of which must be disposed of.
