Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/2745 laying down rules for the application of Regulation (EU) 2022/2379 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards animal production statistics.

This Regulation requires all Member States to provide data on the domain of animal production statistics in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2022/2379 in the form of aggregated data sets. The data on total and organic production shall be transmitted to the Commission (Eurostat) at the required geographical level. The data contents of the datasets are specified in Annex I for livestock and meat, Annex II for eggs and chicks, Annex III for milk and milk products.
