This Implementation Plan is formulated to thoroughly implement the "No. 1 Document of 2023" of the Central Committee, seize new opportunities for the development of the prepared vegetable industry, and contribut to the overall revitalization of rural areas. The objectives include: by 2027, cultivate 5 autonomous region-level prepared vegetable industrial parks, 5 key prepared vegetable industry counties, 20 autonomous region level and above leading agricultural industrialized prepared vegetable enterprises, 50 autonomous region-level high-quality agricultural product production bases, and the comprehensive output value of prepared vegetables will exceed 100 billion yuan, building a new development pattern of the prepared vegetable industry with reasonable industrial layout, distinctive characteristics, and stable production areas. The key tasks include: optimizing the layout of the prepared vegetable industry; building raw material bases for prepared vegetable; establishing a safety production standard system for prepared vegetable; promote innovative research and development; cultivate talents in the prepared vegetable industry; etc.
