The present Regulations define “permit for variance” as a permit issued by the Marshland Administrator pursuant to Section 41 of the Act for development in a marshland section. An application for a permit for variance shall be in a form specified by the Marshland Administrator and shall be submitted to the Marshland Administrator together with a letter from the municipal development officer.
