This Act applies to any procurement done by or on behalf of the Minister, a Schedule A entity, a Schedule B entity, a Schedule 1 entity or a Schedule 2 entity. In particular the Act organises the provisions dividing the Act in procurement by the Minister, and procurement by schedule B entities and schedule 2 entities.
