This Law establishes the Multi-Year Plan (PPA) of the State of Rondônia for the period 2024-2027, in compliance with the State Constitution and in line with the provisions of art. 165 of the Federal Constitution, establishing in a decentralized manner the goals of the Public Administration for Capital Expenditure and others arising from them and those related to programmes of continuous duration, expressed in the Finalistic or Thematic Programme and Management, Maintenance and Service. The PPA 2024-2027 guidelines are: I - Guaranteeing citizens' rights and inclusion through equal access to public services; II - Promoting Socioeconomic and Sustainable Development; III - Education with quality and expanded access focused on the future; IV - Developing a Systemic Strategy focused on the effectiveness of government actions; V - Promotion of the Environment with socio-environmental and economic development of the State; VI - Health with a network approach; and VII - Public Security aimed at combating crime, prioritizing the use of new technologies. The PPA 2024-2027 contains the following annexes: I - Annex I - Financial Data by Budget Unit, Programme, Action and Source of Funds; II - Annex II - General Consolidation of the Plan; and III - Annex III - Statement of Goals and Priorities.
