This Law establishes the Solid Waste Recycling Programme in businesses within the State of Rondônia. The Solid Waste Recycling Programme must comply with the following guidelines: I - coordination by the owner or manager of the establishment; II - involvement of the entire work team and consumers, when present on the premises; III - disposal of solid waste in suitable containers, if possible, according to the different categories and colours: IV - if it is impossible to separate the waste into the categories provided above, dry recyclable waste must be separated from organic waste and other that cannot be recycled (rejects).
