In this Regulation, “grazing agreement” means a lease or licence that allows a person to graze livestock on territorial lands. Any territorial lands to which a grazing agreement applies are to be dealt with, in respect of the grazing agreement, as Yukon lands under the Lands Act; this does not apply to grazing agreement that were made before the day on which this Regulation comes into force.
