These Regulations apply only in respect of premises of a prescribed class at which an animal of a prescribed class is kept or disposed of. In these Regulations an animal of a prescribed class is a reference to an animal of a class prescribed in Schedule A. Similarly, under these Regulations a premises of a prescribed class is a reference to a premises of a class prescribed in Schedule B. The Regulations establish the information that the owner of a premise must provide to the Registrar, the times of when this information is required, notice of change and the additional information to be provided if the owner is part of an organization.
