West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal (Amendment) Act, 2001 (West Bengal Act VII of 2001).

This Act amends the West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal Act, 1997 (principal Act). It amends clause (r) of section 2, which contains the laws that come under the purview of the Tribunal and the West Bengal Restoration of Alienated Land Act, 1973 is added to this list. Clauses (a) and (d) of section 6 of the principal Act are also amended.
