The present Regulations provide further discipline for exemptions, these include: agricultural operations, commercial fishing operations, aquaculture operations. Then the REgulations provide elements for calculation of levy. Part 3 regulates levy exemptions permits; application, certification, issuance, fee, expiry, suspension, cancellation. Other provisions include remittance, refund, registration, records, etc.
