This law extends to strategic goods, drug precursors, radioactive materials containing hazardous substances, and dangerous products identified by the Ministry of Health. All natural and legal entities producing, storing, trading, or handling hazardous chemicals must guarantee chemical safety and submit required safety data sheets, composition details, and use data to the national chemical authority. To oversee these requirements, the specialized authority within the Ministry of Health conducts chemical assessments, maintains official registries, and issues operational permits. Its responsibilities also encompass Good Laboratory Practice supervision, biomonitoring, interdepartmental data coordination, international reporting, and administrative enforcement across all chemical safety domains.
