The Measures are divided into 6 Chapters, including General Provisions, Statistical Investigation, Statistical Data Management, Statistical Institutions and Personnel, Supervision and Management, and Supplementary Provisions. The Measures govern the statistical investigation and analysis, the provision of statistical data, and the implementation of statistical supervision, conducted by agricultural and rural administrative departments at all levels on agricultural industrial development, rural development and construction management, farmers' production and life, etc.
