Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2024/1261 supplementing Regulation (EU) 2020/741 of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to technical specifications of the key elements of risk management.

This Regulation lays down the technical specifications of the key elements of risk management in Annex II to Regulation (EU) 2020/741 as set out in the Annex to this Regulation. The objective is to guarantee that all essential aspects of the water reuse system are meticulously and systematically evaluated through an in-depth and orderly analysis.
