This Resolution amends article 50 of Collegiate Board Resolution (RDC) No. 429 on the nutritional labelling of packaged food. Amended article establishes that is allowed, for the products referred to in art. 50, the depletion until 9 October 2024 of the stock of packaging and labels acquired until 08 October 2023, which may be marketed under the terms of § 4 of art. 50.
