This Act does not apply to lands that are Crown Lands as defined in the Crown Lands and Forests Act except where the lands are referred to in subsection 5(1) or section 6. This Act does not apply to any person who enters or remains on a premises under an Act of the Legislature or an Act of the Parliament of Canada. The Act classifies different types of of trespass depending if this is done in person or by a motor vehicle and on the area (forest land, pasture land, protected area, lake, watercourse, etc.).
