These Measures are formulated to assess and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of veterinary socialized services in Inner Mongolia. The aim is to improve the veterinary service system, ensure animal health, enhance disease control and prevention, and support the sustainable development of animal husbandry. The Measures govern the assessment and evaluation of the entities that provide veterinary socialized services purchased by agricultural and animal husbandry departments at all levels using fiscal funds. The purchasing entity should ensure that the application of these Measures is clearly stipulated in the contracts of government purchase of veterinary social services. Assessment and evaluation refers to the comprehensive evaluation of the completion and implementation of veterinary socialized services in accordance with the basic principles, evaluation methods and procedures of performance appraisal.
