These Guidelines aim to ensure food advertisements in Inner Mongolia comply with national and regional laws, prevent false or misleading claims, and protect consumer rights. They serve as a reminder for businesses to adhere to ethical and legal standards when promoting food products. Food advertisements must not exaggerate the benefits or efficacy of products. All claims about nutritional value, health benefits, or ingredients must be supported by credible evidence and meet relevant regulations. It is prohibited to publish advertisements for infant milk products, beverages and other foods that claim to fully or partially replace breast milk in mass media or public places.
