This document, GB 8538-2022, sets national food safety standard for testing methods for drinking natural mineral water. It is a mandatory standard. The Standard is applicable to the determination of indicators for drinking natural mineral water. It supersedes GB 8538-2016 National Food Safety Standard - Testing Method for Drinking Natural Mineral Water.
