This Decision establishes the Work Programme for meteorological, hydrological, meteorological-oceanographic and phenological observations at observation stations, the observation density and the observation period. The state network of meteorological stations, according to the work program, is divided into the following networks: 1. Ground meteorological stations; 2. High-altitude meteorological stations; 3. Remote meteorological stations; 4. High-altitude remote meteorological stations.
