Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/2325 establishing, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2018/848, the list of third countries and the list of control authorities and control bodies that have been recognised under Article 33(2) and (3) of Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 for the purpose of importing organic products into the Union.

Annex I to this Regulation sets out the list of the third countries whose system of production complies with principles and production rules equivalent to those laid down in Titles II, III and IV of Regulation (EC) No. 834/2007 and whose control measures are of equivalent effectiveness to those laid down in Title V of Regulation (EC) No. 834/2007. Annex II to this Regulation lays down the list of control authorities and control bodies recognised for the purpose of equivalence under Article 33(3) of Regulation (EC) No. 834/2007.
