This Order approves the model of the simplified export certificate provided for in paragraph 8 of article 29 of the VAT Code, as amended by Decree-Law No. 49/2025 of 27 March and regulates the simplified procedure applicable to the export of goods included in postal and express consignments with a value not exceeding EUR 1000, which are not subject to export duties and whose transmission is exempt from VAT because they are destined for a third country or third territory.
