This Law creates the State Policy called “My First Company” within the State of Tocantins aiming to support and encourage entrepreneurs interested in starting their first business. “My First Company” Programme targets: youth, graduates and/or in-training college students, and members of the public seeking to start their first business; in another aspect of socioeconomic inclusion, the programme may also include: individuals participating in federal, state, or municipal government social programmes, aimed at training and development to ensure they become entrepreneurs, with financial autonomy provided by their own income.
