This Law establishes the Support Programme for Working Women and Heads of Households, within the State of Mato Grosso do Sul, with the objective of granting financial support to women beneficiaries of the 'Mais Social' Programme, responsible for single-parent families, in a situation of socio-economic vulnerability, aiming to promote childcare, access and permanence of women in the workplace and encouragement of education. The Support Programme is directly linked to the State Secretariat responsible for public social assistance policies. The benefit provided cannot be combined with any other social income transfer benefit, except for the Continuous Protection Benefit (BPC) and the 'Mais Social' programme.
