This Regulation lays down technical requirements for placing timber and timber products on the market of the Republic of Serbia, as well as other requirements for suppliers that are important for tracing the origin of timber and timber products. The provisions of this Regulation shall not apply to a natural person who uses timber and timber products for his own needs. The provisions of this Regulation shall not apply to products made of timber or other timber products that have already been placed on the market of the Republic of Serbia. Timber and timber products placed on the market in accordance with this Regulation are classified in accordance with the regulation establishing the Customs Tariff Nomenclature. The list of timber and timber products for which traceability is ensured when placed on the market is given in Annex 1.
