This Decision regulates the relative weights of public contracting authorities within the scope of the Ministry for architectural and engineering and related advisory services in construction and spatial planning, which can also be used by other public procurement entities in public procurement procedures. Spatial planning includes the development of: 1. Spatial plans at all levels; 2. Reports on the state of the space at all levels; 3. Other services in the field of spatial planning specified by special regulations. The preparation of the study includes the preparation of: 1. Geomechanical study; 2. Landscape study; 3. Traffic study; 4. Technical and technological solution study; 5. Fire protection study; 6. Occupational safety study; 7. Noise protection study; 8. Conservation study and substrate; 9. Assessment study; 10. Study of alternative energy supply systems; 11. Study of the influence of electromagnetic fields and study of the interaction of existing transmission lines on newly designed facilities; 12. Study of the influence of power cables on existing telecommunications lines; 13. Study of optimal power connection of the building; 14. Geodetic study; 15. Stakeout study; 16. Study on a nearly zero-energy building; 17. Other studies in the field of construction, architecture, engineering, electrical engineering or geodetic engineering.
