Regulation No. 14 on support for product development, export-promoting activities, professional consultancy assistance (voucher scheme), ice and water projects, and tourism projects.

This Regulation lays out the framework for public financial support to land-based businesses in five areas — product development, export promotion, professional consultancy (via a “clip card” scheme), projects promoting the use of Greenlandic food as well as ice and water products, and tourism initiatives. Each category has its own maximum reimbursement ceiling (generally 100,000–300,000 DKK) and time-limited grant period, and grants cannot be combined across categories. Support is only provided for documented expenses incurred after approval and strictly for the stated project purpose, and recipients must submit a final report detailing both the project outcome and use of funds.
