This Regulation sets out administrative rules for the registration system for social enterprises in Greenland. It requires that applications, registrations, de-registrations, and reporting must use official government forms, and imposes a non-refundable registration fee of 1,000 DKK for both new and amended registrations. A company may lose its approval if it fails to meet reporting deadlines, and it cannot be reapproved until past reporting obligations are fulfilled. All reporting is made publicly available in the official register, except for parts legally exempt from public disclosure, in which case a public-friendly version must be provided. The government may update or remove entries from the register as needed.
