These Regulations, made by the Minister under section 31 of the Sierra Leone Mines and Minerals Development and Management Corporation Act, 2023 concern: restriction on allocated minerals and mineral-related assets; power of the Corporation to authorise the use of minerals and mineral-related assets under its development and management by a project company.
