This National Ordinance concerns import and export of goods. The Ordinance covers the following matters: prohibition of export of goods of archaeological or other cultural-historical value; prohibition of exporting wastes or other substances with the intention of disposing of them at sea from vessels, aircraft or structures, by dumping or incineration; prohibition of importing or exporting vessels, aircraft or structures with the intention of sinking them at sea, and prohibition of importing or exporting wastes or other substances with the intention of storing them in the seabed or its subsoil from vessels, aircraft or structures; import or export of goods in the interest of the country's economic affairs; establishment of levies on the import of goods; measures for import and export during emergency situations; offences and penalties.
