Recommendation 14 : 2025 - Recommendation to correct Article 14 and to repeal Article 25(7) of the NEAFC Scheme(s) of Control and Enforcement.

This Recommendation, adopted by the Commission pursuant to Article 8 of the Convention, proposes textual corrections to Article 14 of the NEAFC Schemes of Control and Enforcement and the repeal of Article 25(7) in both the Transitional and New Schemes.
