Land Reclamation (Retrospective Authority) (No.2) Order, Statutory Instrument no. 79 of 2025.
This Order, made in compliance with section 12 of the Land Reclamation Act, provides for giving Retrospective Authority for the reclamation of the area detailed in the schedule.
