Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/2359 supplementing Directive (EU) 2024/1788 by specifying a methodology for assessing greenhouse gas emissions savings from low-carbon fuels.
This Regulation establishes the methodology for calculating greenhouse gas emission savings for low‑carbon fuels, excluding recycled carbon fuels. These savings shall be determined using the methodology specified in the Annex.
