This Regulation establishes rules to supplement certain non-essential elements of Regulation (EU) 2021/2116 in relation to the functioning of the integrated system referred to in Article 65 of that Regulation, rules on the quality assessments referred to in Articles 68(3), 69(6) and 70(2) of that Regulation, rules on the identification system for agricultural parcels referred to in Article 68 of that Regulation and detailed rules on the application and calculation of administrative penalties for conditionality referred to in Article 85 of that Regulation.
