Law No. 5.952 creating the State Programme for Young Rural Entrepreneurs.

This Law establishes the State Programme for Young Rural Entrepreneurs in Rondônia, aimed at supporting and empowering young people aged 16 to 29 engaged in rural activities, particularly those from low-income families, to become entrepreneurs and agents of rural development. The programme seeks to enhance educational attainment, promote technological and managerial training, and expand access to rural credit, while encouraging sustainable practices and respecting regional and cultural diversity. Through these measures, it aims to strengthen youth participation in agriculture and foster generational renewal in rural areas. In addition, the law aims to build entrepreneurial capacity, improve productivity, and promote sustainable rural livelihoods by combining training, technical assistance, and financial support. It encourages the development of productive projects, leadership skills, and business management competencies, while fostering cooperative organization, innovation, and the integration of traditional knowledge with modern technologies. The programme is structured around key axes—entrepreneurial education, technical capacity building, access to credit, and technological diffusion—thereby contributing to income generation, economic inclusion, and sustainable rural development in Rondônia.
