This Regulation lays down the procedures and rules governing the implementation of the Digital Transformation Support Program, which aims to support investments that integrate technological products and solutions into business processes in order to achieve cost reduction, increased productivity and quality, and enhanced employee and customer satisfaction, in line with the principles, objectives, and policies set out in development plans, annual programs, and relevant strategies. It also establishes the procedures and rules applicable to the application, review, evaluation, monitoring, and completion processes of the Program, as well as other matters relating to its administration. The Product List shall be determined by the Ministry, taking into account the priorities set out in public policy and strategy documents, the digital transformation needs of the sectors that can benefit from the support, the value-added potential of digital transformation products and services; and the adequacy of technology suppliers for their applicability and sustainability.
