These Regulations, made by the Minister under subsection 2(4) of the Herd and Fencing Act, provide for prohibiting anyone from allowing an animal to run at large in a specified area, excluding from the area any lands that lie within the boundaries of the Hamlet of Enterprise or the Town of Hay River.
