State Program for Agricultural Co-financing.

The Program sets out measures for the co-financing of agricultural activities and investments. It regulates the provision of financial support for primary agricultural production and activities related to agricultural value chains, including the creation, expansion and modernization of production, processing and storage facilities, and establishes the conditions under which beneficiaries may obtain support. The Program defines its support components and specifies the eligibility requirements applicable to beneficiaries and projects. It regulates eligible expenditures, co-financing rates and limits, preferential credit arrangements, ownership and lease requirements, project implementation periods, and the rights and obligations arising from financing agreements. It further provides for procedures governing the submission, assessment, approval and verification of projects and the disbursement of financial support. It applies to a range of agricultural activities, including perennial crop cultivation, greenhouse production, livestock farming, apiculture, aquaculture and mariculture, as well as processing and storage enterprises and slaughterhouse facilities. It further regulates project implementation and compliance requirements, including inspections, on-site controls, monitoring and reporting obligations, and sets out the consequences of non-compliance with the Program conditions and contractual obligations.
