This Order establishes accounting, reporting, and auditing requirements for three Danish grant schemes supporting the green transition of vocational education and labour market training: a fund for green equipment investments, a fund for the professional upskilling of instructors, and a fund for the development and testing of teaching programmes. Grant recipients must prepare annual interim accounts and reports, submit a final account and final report demonstrating how project objectives have been achieved, retain accounting records for five years, and provide documentation to the authorities upon request. Final accounts must be audited by an approved auditor in accordance with international auditing standards and Danish public audit standards, including verification that grant conditions have been met, funds have been used for their intended purposes, and reported results are properly documented.
