Yichun City 14th Five-Year Health Development Plan.

The Yichun City 14th Five-Year Health Development Plan establishes priorities for strengthening public health, medical services, disease prevention, emergency preparedness, traditional Chinese medicine, health promotion and life-course care. It sets targets for 2025 concerning life expectancy, health literacy, health resources, service capacity, ageing, maternal and child health, and health-sector development. The Plan develops emergency command, surveillance, medical-treatment and disease-control systems and implements 17 Healthy Yichun actions. Its One Health pilot moves emerging-infectious-disease prevention toward environmental and animal controls, strengthens zoonotic surveillance, and coordinates health, agriculture, forestry and market-regulation departments across animal production, habitats, processing and circulation.
